Public Utility Industry

Quanteq provided around the clock emergency support for their Time Reporting System. Developed and implemented a custom module for detecting business rule violations and to track user errors. In addition, developed and installed an error log service component to track the physical location of the employee PC’s and to identify the application software module and specific line where the error occurred. Software component was responsible for sending messages via pager and email to the help desk and on-call personnel whenever an error occurred. As a result, it created a dynamic proactive response to application errors with immediate diagnosis versus a passive response of waiting for the customer to notify the help desk when an application error was encountered. Quanteq was able to meet the merger systems conversion tight year end deadlines. Engagements includes: e-business system solutions, project management, system analysis and design, database design and development, custom program development, quality assurance, disaster recovery.

Public Transportation Industry

Quanteq provided functional expertise in a successful implementation project that replaced an existing legacy based Financial system with Oracle Financial (Public Sector) ERP system. The project was a very complex implementation involving the complicated Public Sector part of the Oracle Application and was completed in a record time. Quanteq resources were involved in many different capacities during the entire project lifecycle. Documented functional business requirements and impacts involved in implementing the new Financial systems. Our consultants conducted conference room pilot meetings to show the clients the different features and functionality provided by the Oracle Financial application. In addition, they performed gap analysis to help estimate the effort involved in converting to the new ERP system. Part of our overall development team was involved in integration/interfacing of legacy systems with the Oracle Financial system. Quanteq assisted in the conversion routines to load data into the new Oracle Financial system. One of our consultants led the technical team in performing 3 mock conversion and implementation exercises prior to the actual implementation. Quanteq addressed government regulatory requirements, customer phasing requirements and internal business process efficiencies for one of the top orthopedic groups in the Mid West. Quanteq facilitated in the development and management of IT strategic planning and business case studies to address business capabilities expansion into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) processing. A comprehensive assessment and series of recommendations were documented to improve current operations. Quanteq program Managed a newly designed complex $800K audio visual (AV) for two federal government agencies. Although significant modifications were made to the base contract, Quanteq was able to simplify the reconciliation process of over 300 AV components and speed up payment in less than one weeks time.
